To know properly about our Mexico program, including the process, benefits, and period, the following content covers everything in depth.
Mexican Citizenship Program
The process of Mexican citizenship does not require a prior visa. You can remain in your current country of residence, and we will carry out all the processing of your Mexican citizenship application. But if you are interested in personally visiting Mexico City to process the application, we will be glad to facilitate your quick arrival in Mexico City. Processing the application in person is a bit cost-saving as well.
We have set up a dedicated office in Mexico since 2008, where our highly qualified and experienced legal team process our clients’ applications regularly. Our citizenship program in Mexico is directly organized by our immigration lawyer in Mexico City with our legal team’s help. The citizenship application is addressed at the Mexican Secretariat of Foreign Relations (SRE). It takes just 2-3 months to complete all the procedures for acquiring Mexican citizenship. You have to come once to sign the naturalization papers and collect your Mexican passport.
133 Countries Visa-Free Travel
When it comes to the question, of why choose Mexico is a second passport choice, then its long list of benefits plays a convincing role. Mexico allows dual citizenship; thereby, you don’t have to cancel your parent’s citizenship. Besides that, visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to more than 130 countries is one of a Mexican passport’s main highlights. Among the world’s strongest passports, the Mexican passport stands at an astonishing 23rd rank. The term visa-free or visa on arrival means that you have to book a flight to any country that does not want Mexicans to apply for a visa beforehand. Those countries will let you stay in their country for some specific time.
Mexican Citizenship Payment Schedule Plan
Our Mexican citizenship program’s payment plan is set with the mindset to keep the whole process convenient for you. For the main applicant, our current referral fee is US$ 25,000. The rest of the payment schedule is divided into three stages, as follows:
- Before submitting your citizenship application to the Mexican Secretariat of Foreign Relations (SRE) in Mexico City, you have to pay US$ 55,000.
- Once we receive the Client’s Clave Única de Registro de Población (CURP) interpreted in English as “Personal ID Code Number” or “Unique Population Registry Code,” then you have to pay US$ 17,500. But before sending the payment, you can look and verify your name, date of birth, Mexican citizen status, and “CURP” number from the Mexican government’s official civil registry website: http://consultas.curp.gob.mx/CurpSP/.
- Lastly, when you collect your Mexican passport from the Mexican SRE, you will have to pay US$ 17,500 as the final payment.
This payment schedule plan shows that we don’t ask for all the payments at once. The process starts with the initial payment of $55,000, and the other two payments are demanded later when you can see the progress toward your Mexican citizenship.
No Traveling Requirement
Compared to many countries’ tight policies while applying for citizenship, Mexico’s process is quite convenient. You don’t even have to come to Mexico to either use or collect the passport. In case you like to process and collect documents yourself. You are still from a country where getting a visa is challenging, such as Chinese nationals, the Middle East, and Africa; we will facilitate you here with no extra charges. We will make sure that you get a tourist visa for Mexico conveniently. We will also assist in case you want to travel with your family.
So, within around four months of the Mexico citizen program that includes two visits of yours (not mandatory), the first one for about five business days to begin the process and the second one for 2-3 business days to finalize the process, you will return from Mexico withholding your Mexican passport along with naturalization certificate. You will also receive the voter ID card if you had requested it because Mexico does not have national ID cards like seen in many other countries. Instead, the voter ID cards are the ones used there.
